Martim Fass is an undergraduate in administration from UFSC. He commenced his career in 1998, and since 2004, he has been devoted to the real estate funds market. He served as a partner and head of real estate funds at Rio Bravo until 2010. Following that, he spent nine years at Safra Asset Management, and in 2020, he founded CORE Real Estate. At ASA Investments, he oversees the real estate investments division.
